Data Deletion Instructions

If you've messaged Yours Truly Wellness through our website, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, or Instagram, you can request that we delete the personal information we hold about you at any time.

How to request deletion

Email us at yourstrulywellness@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request," including the name, email, or phone number associated with your inquiry so we can locate your information.

What we delete

  • Your contact details and any notes from our CRM.
  • Message history from WhatsApp, Messenger, or Instagram conversations with us.

We will confirm once your information has been deleted, typically within 30 days. Note that this does not affect any order history held directly by B:HIP, which fulfills and bills orders independently — contact them directly for deletion of order/payment records.
